I had a great experience at this hotel, especially after a long journey. The staff were incredibly helpful and warm, making me feel welcomed immediately. The location was convenient, near the main road, which was perfect for my late-night arrival. My only downside was a broken window lock in my room, which made me a bit uneasy. However, overall, I definitely appreciated the hospitality and comfort during my stay.

My stay at Grasia Hotel was truly a blessing. The atmosphere was welcoming, especially for fellow Muslims, with the call to prayer heard throughout the hotel. However, I did notice some areas in need of improvement, particularly in the facilities like towels and some bathroom issues.
